Emin ERMEZ
Emin Ermez is a senior electrical engineer and business executive, currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Fescom Unida Technology LLC. He began his career at global industry leaders such as Honeywell Building Solutions, GE Security, and UTC, holding various sales and development roles within the building technologies and fire & life safety sectors.
After returning to Türkiye, he held executive roles as Sales Director and General Manager at a leading systems integration company. Today, he leads Fescom Unida’s strategic growth and operational excellence across the Middle East, with a focus on advanced weak current solutions for industrial and infrastructure environments.
Born in 1980 in Istanbul to a modest working-class family, Emin completed his primary and secondary education in public schools before earning a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University (ITU). He later completed his MBA at Işık University.
He is an active member of IEEE, EMO, ETMD, İTÜ Alumni Association, and 1905 GSYİAD.
Outside of work, Emin enjoys maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle—he regularly goes to the gym, swims, plays football, snowboards, and is a skilled table tennis player.

Serdar TERZİ
Serdar Terzi was born in Istanbul on August 10, 1979. After completing his primary and secondary education, he began his high school education at Ahmet Rıfat Canayakın Super Lycee in 1993. In 1997, he was accepted into the Department of Business Administration at Marmara University, where he completed his major in economics.
He began his professional career in the sales and marketing department of Baydemirler Foreign Trade. After working in this department for three years, he was appointed Regional Export Manager and later Export Sales and Marketing Director at Bayramlar Brode, one of the leading embroidery companies in the industry. In 2013, with his entrepreneurial spirit, he founded Fescom Engineering Ltd. ŞTİ., a dream he had as a young man, with his partner and childhood friend. He made significant contributions to the company, which has undertaken many international projects for 12 years, becoming a respected and reliable company in the sector.
In 2019, he founded Luna International Foreign Trade, a company with his same partner, drawing on his international trade and export experience.
He currently serves as Finance Manager at Fescom Engineering and Sales and Marketing Manager at Luna International, both companies, as a founding partner.
In 2025, he and his partner established Fescom Unida LLC in Dubai, operating in the same field as Fescom Engineering, to monitor and implement potential projects in the Middle East, Gulf countries, and African markets. With Fescom Unida, he plans to expand into the Middle East market with confident and solid steps.
He continues to contribute to all three companies with his global perspective, innovative vision, and reliability.
