Fescom is responsible for the engineering and supply of related systems.
The systems supplied are summarized as follows: Fire Alarm Detection, IP CCTV, Access Control and Electronic Security and IP Phone Systems. With Guinea's independence in 1958, national companies were established to increase port activities, but these companies were later merged and the Port Autonome de Conakry (PAC) was established by the state in 1982. In 2018, a 25-year contract worth approximately $500 million was signed with the Albayrak Group to expand, modernize, manage, and operate the port and make it more competitive on an international scale. Since the contract came into effect, the Port of Conakry has undergone a real transformation.
