Fescom is responsible for the engineering and supply of related systems.
The systems supplied are summarized as follows: Fire Alarm Detection, IP CCTV, Public Address/Voice Alarm (PAVA), Network (Admin), IP Phone, Intercom, IP TV, Industrial Hotel TV and Central Management. IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced plans to introduce the first Turkish location of its Vignette Collection hotel line in Istanbul's Union Han, Karaköy district. The property, currently owned by Cortex, will open in the second half of 2025 and will be the 16th IHG hotel in the city. The new hotel, located in the historic Tütün Han building, will offer 51 guest rooms, an artisan bakery, a specialty food restaurant, and exclusive wellness facilities, including a spa.
